Really?
Maybe this should be under "The Struggle," but eh, I want it here. I've been surfing blogs today. For some reason I gravitate to blogs written by mothers. I don't know why; I guess they're just fascinating to me. In any case, I just realized that I'm still a kid. I'm not naive, but what do I know about life yet? I'm in fairly decent health, so I haven't had to deal with major surgeries or anything. I'm not married so I can't praise the wonderful man in my life and complain about his habits. I don't have children so I don't know the joy of carrying one, giving birth, watching him/her grow, or the mixture of pride and sadness as they "leave the nest." I'm a college student and I've been sooo blessed to have scholarships, so I haven't felt the weight of bills. I'm so young, yet every event seems so traumatic to me. I have a good life. I have very few valid worries. I have an awesome family. I have a good group of friends (none of them are in the same group though...I think I'm supposed to blog about friends soon...). Goal number two for this summer is to become more mellow right now, because God willing, I will have a long life that will contain real issues to concern myself with. Oh, I'll write about Goal Number One for the summer soon too.

WELCOME
So. I was high off caffeine one night during exam week and just blurted out to my bestest homie that he should get used to the "high" Michelle because she's the "real" Michelle...then I added (like seriously, these are my exact words) in my best stewardess-like voice, "Welcome to the Michelle Experience. We hope you enjoy the ride."
If you happened upon this blog by way of my original blog "The 'Struggle'," then you know a little about the enigma that is me. If not, I'll give you a crash course:
I'm 20 years old with the personality of a 30-year-old at times
I'm from "Da Souf"
I'm proper as hell considering the fact that I'm from the country.
I'm a rising junior at a prestigious (hehe) women's institution of higher learning in the aforementioned "Souf"
I'm an English Education major
I'm the youngest of two spoiled girls
I'm extremely religious (don't let the language on here or placement of this fact fool you)
I'm fiercely loyal, but have few friends to be that loyal to
I'm very introspective
My mouth writes checks that my heart can't even process, much less cash
I love my family to a fault and would do absolutely anything for my nieces (my other blog is dedicated to them)
I sometimes have this thing called an attitude
I think that's it. I'm at work in the PR office of my prestigious college, so I think I'll take a break from blogging to do some actual work...but I'll probably be back at it in a little bit.
